It would be great to track Invoices through the CRM system

When you have a bunch of leads, you can score them as to probability of closing. Also to flag them where they are in the process first contact, bid, contract in process, signed, etc.

Ability to orrespond with clients from within WP-CRM. Right now, email correspondence with clients is handled separately, using a 3rd party app of your choice. Would be nice to keep all communication with WP-CRM. For instance, if I sent a client a reminder message as follow up to a recent meeting, I would just look up the client, type the message and press the send button. The outgoing message and any subsequent replies by me or client would be tracked within WP-CRM, since it would work together with email.

Is it possible for WordpressCRM to have an Input Type field that appears on the Shortcode Form dependent upon the user selecting a value from another field with a DropDown value.

Ie when the user selects any Membership type that is Student Type – another field appears on the Shortcode form that is “required” and is for them to enter a student ID

Gravity Forms Implements something similar – they call it conditional fields

Currently, WP-CRM is not loading additional fields from WP-Invoice such as the user/company address.

Without this feature, it's likely we'd have duplicate sets of data for the same client/company.

Currently I have customers that have agreed to do business with us visit our CRM page within our website. It would be great if the information that has been pulled from CRM could flow into Quickbooks online and into the customers section. Then I would not need to double the work and retype all of their information into QBO.
