Client Communication Module
Ability to orrespond with clients from within WP-CRM. Right now, email correspondence with clients is handled separately, using a 3rd party app of your choice. Would be nice to keep all communication with WP-CRM. For instance, if I sent a client a reminder message as follow up to a recent meeting, I would just look up the client, type the message and press the send button. The outgoing message and any subsequent replies by me or client would be tracked within WP-CRM, since it would work together with email.

i kind of like the idea but only kind of... actually i am a gmail junky and won't exit it... however there are API's and hacks that will search the users gmail account and list correspondence.... like maybe in a contextual widget... similar to how rapportive works... this would be nice.
