Insexing and sorting order
This looks good so far, but on the basic level of following conversation and customer contact it lacks any indexing at all. Unless I am missing something obvious, when you look at all people they are in the order added, newest on the top. BUT if I add a message to the person second to the bottom they stay second to the bottom, in my way of thinking they should move to the top so I can easily see who I have had recent contact with.
I should have a tab that gives me an option to set the view for
1. people in alpha order
2. people based on latest activity
3. people based on company name (alpha)
AND in the company name should be included in the CRM-All People main screen.
